House Rules - Club Admiral AG

Admission

Club Admiral AG is legally obliged to verify the identity of its guests upon every entry. During this verification, a comparison is made with the Liechtenstein exclusion database, which contains all persons prohibited from gambling in Liechtenstein. This check is required by law and serves both security purposes and the implementation of the social responsibility concept of Liechtenstein casinos.

As proof of identity, Club Admiral AG accepts only documents that entitle the holder to enter the Principality of Liechtenstein. The following rules apply:

FL/CH/EU/EWR citizens: valid identity card or passport

All other citizens: valid passport

The minimum age for entry to the casino is 18 years. Club Admiral AG reserves the right to deny entry or to expel persons from the premises without giving reasons.

The instructions and decisions of the staff must be followed at all times. In case of questions or uncertainties, our staff will be happy to assist you. By entering Casino Admiral, guests accept the house rules.

To better verify identity, Club Admiral AG takes photographs of its guests.

Security

Under Liechtenstein gambling law, gaming areas and all gaming activities must be monitored and recorded by video and, in some cases, by audio. This serves both gaming security and transparency.

Social Responsibility

Club Admiral AG is required to exclude guests who are believed to be gambling beyond their financial means. If such behaviour is observed, our employees must conduct clarifying discussions with the affected guests. Furthermore, Club Admiral AG is entitled or, where appropriate, obliged to request proof of financial capacity in order to better assess the situation. Refusal to provide such proof will automatically result in exclusion from gambling.

Lost Property and Money

Club Admiral AG assumes no liability for valuables or items left unattended.

Cloakroom

Club Admiral AG accepts no liability for items or valuables handed in together with clothing at the cloakroom.

Electronic Devices / Mobile Phones

The use of mobile phones is generally permitted, except in areas directly at the gaming tables. Audio or video recordings are not permitted to protect the privacy of other guests. Attempting to gain an illegal gaming advantage through electronic devices is prohibited.

Reservation of Slot Machines

Reservations of individual slot machines are generally permitted and are the responsibility of the managers. Club Admiral AG assumes no liability for money or credits left in machines.

Win Confirmation

Club Admiral AG does not issue written confirmations of winnings to guests.

Bets and Winnings of Unauthorized Players

Players under the required minimum age, as well as those who are excluded or banned from gambling, have no claim to a refund of their stakes or to the payment of winnings.

Malfunctions

Malfunctions of devices, jackpot systems, or gaming equipment render all affected games and payouts invalid.

Data Protection

Miscellaneous Provisions

For hygiene reasons, bringing your own food or drinks is not permitted.

Club Admiral AG is legally prohibited from granting loans of any kind.

Guests are not allowed to offer or provide goods, loans, or other services within the premises of Club Admiral AG.

Tips for employees are managed by the casino as required by law. They benefit all gaming staff in the form of salary components and contributions to personnel expenses. Other forms of gratuities to employees are not permitted.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Liechtenstein law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Vaduz.
